About Proverbs 31 Women in Business Network
Who we are
No woman should have to build alone.
Proverbs 31 Women in Business Network is a membership community for women who are starting, formalising and growing businesses in Zimbabwe and the diaspora. Members train together, find mentors, get ready for funding and do business with one another. Companies that partner with us reach that community and help us reach more women.
The network sits within Nematombo Holdings and is led by its founder, Mrs Sithabiso Mazibeli-Marangwanda. We meet monthly at our venue in Chisipite, run programmes online and in person, and welcome members and partners from the diaspora.
Why we exist
Women build most of the small businesses in Zimbabwe, and most of them build alone. We exist to change that, by putting training, buyers, mentors and money in the same room, and online for women anywhere.
What we believeThat a business grows faster with a community behind it. That trading with one another keeps value close to home. That a woman should be able to learn, sell, connect and rest within one network. And that every promise we make should be one we can keep.
Our mandate
Our core mandate is to provide entrepreneurship consultancy that supports business development, growth and better performance among women entrepreneurs. We unlock their potential through networking, training and mentorship, delivered through the programmes and activities of Proverbs 31 Women in Business Network. Members subscribe to packages that keep these services affordable and within reach.
We also identify entrepreneurs who are making a significant impact in the business and entrepreneurship community. We recognise and reward them, and we connect them with the stakeholders who can support their businesses and help them reach their objectives.
